In addition to therapy, I am dedicated to providing quality clinical supervision to therapists seeking licensure in Oregon. I am approved to provide supervision for those seeking LCSW and LPC licensure. I am also available for case consultation and peer support. My rate for individual supervision is $75 per hour. Sliding scale fees are available upon request.
I have over 18 years of experience working in within Oregon's mental health system. I have worked within all levels of care including outpatient behavioral health, emergency, acute inpatient behavioral health, medical and state hospital level of care. I have extensive knowledge of Oregon's mental health law, Medicare and Medicaid qualifications and navigating the mental health system at all levels of care within Oregon. My approach to supervision is collaborative, strengths-based and trauma informed. We will work closely together and develop a plan to support your learning goals and needs during our time to achieve clear, attainable goals. One of my favorite things about this work is watching a newer clinician expand their skills and grow. Additionally, I learn new things every day from my clients, and I will be forever grateful for that.
