What is Carnelian?
Carnelian is a semi-precious stone in the quartz family. It is known as the "sunset stone" because of it's orange hues. It's thought to enhance desire, love and passion. It balances and opens the sacral chakra, which stores our creative and sexual energies. It is also believed to bring balance, physically and mentally.
What are your rates?
Therapy is an investment in yourself.
My rates are:
$175 for a 50 minute individual session
$200 for a 50 minute relationship session
$250 for a 80 minute session
Will you bill my insurance company?
I do not bill insurance providers. The topics explored with clients in relationship and sex therapy are personal. I do not work directly with insurance providers to protect your privacy and to ensure there are no limitations to the services you receive.
How long are your sessions?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. For relationship therapy it can be beneficial to have a more lengthy block of time and we may discuss scheduling an 80 minute session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least one business day in advance to avoid incurring a full session fee. Please cancel Monday appointments by the previous Friday. Exceptions can be made for medical emergencies.
Please know that the cancellation policy is enforced without exception.
Are you seeing clients in person or via Telehealth?
Both, let’s talk about what works best for us. I do have a strong preference for therapy with multiple people in person versus telehealth.
Do I need to be in a relationship to be in Sex Therapy?
No, It’s important to feel confident in yourself as a sexual person, that is a solid foundation for a relationship.
